Calm Water Meditation: I created this meditation many years ago, and it has supported many people. Therefore, I wanted to share it with you. This mediation is only 10 minutes and can be used anytime you need it. Once you master it and know how to do it, you can teleport yourself to your sacred place of calm water when you are in a crisis.
It supports people with anxiety, panic attacks, exam anxiety, and when your mind will not calm down. I suggest holding a water bottle and setting the intention of filling your water bottle with the energy and vibration of calmness/peace. You can charge that water and then drink it throughout your day. You can listen to it in the shower getting ready for work, or before bedtime.
